Hotel Management

Hotel Management (Basic) teaches students the fundamentals of working in hotels and hospitality services. It includes learning about front office duties, housekeeping, food & beverage service, basic cooking, hygiene, customer service, and communication skills. The course helps students understand how a hotel operates and prepares them for entry-level jobs in hotels, restaurants, and tourism.`

Management of a hotel operation includes, but is not limited to management of hotel staff, business management, upkeep and sanitary standards of hotel facilities, guest satisfaction and customer service, marketing management, sales management, revenue management, financial accounting, purchasing, and other functions.`
